Login failure. Can’t reset anything. Can’t find my school account to eat!!! ### 1/5 — Admin Only????? *2022-10-29* Soooo, if the app works fine for schools to accept payments, how friggin hard is it to make it work to send payments? Lazy useless and a waste of the service fee. Extremely frustrating that you can’t get simple things done. It is full of bugs!!!! It has to be properly investigated by Apple. I’m reporting it now. The app is not secure for paying and vastly increases the risk of personal and payment information to be stolen! I would not recommend using this app to anyone! ### 1/5 — Unbelievable! *2019-08-29* With the amount of money this company makes (est. $15M/yr according to Crunchbase) and iPhone apps being around for more than 10 digital years, it’s unbelievable that My Payment Network doesn’t has an app for admins only, not for, well, payers. They are so sloppy that this limitation is not even indicated that in the App store, making unadvised users to download the app just to contribute to its disastrous review score. The obvious prophecy is that very soon they will lose their business to some of the major payment apps. All of the terribly designed interface elements are exactly the same here. Can't paste a password into the password field - for complex passwords this is a horrible design.
