•家長已經夠忙，手機過百個app，大量通知，你哋仲要逼裝一個只為出invoice、收錢、發通知的app？完全唔貼地。
•通知容易miss、版本常更新、登出再登入、權限又要重設，重要訊息根本唔可靠。
•出單收費要入app、搵頁面、等載入，多幾個步驟就多幾次錯過
•營運角度都唔化算：開發維護成本高、兼容iOS/Android、bug/安全/法規更新樣樣要錢要人，最後苦咗係家長同前線。
•最現實係：WhatsApp最快最直接，人人有、即時到達、連結一按就付，已讀可追，溝通成本最低。
•其他行業（診所、補習、興趣班）早用「WhatsApp＋付款連結＋PDF收據」，清晰又省時。

總結：用app做通知同收費係不智決定，唔user-friendly亦唔貼地。請以家長體驗為先，改用WhatsApp為主渠道。
