Neue Features wie Zusammenarbeit funktionieren nicht, was zum Teufel ist ein Exit Pass? Dazu dauernde Abstürze. Die Apple Plattform für Schulen verschlimmert sich immer mehr. ### 4/5 — Native Lernplattform mit viel Funktionen und Potenzial zu mehr! *2025-02-16, version 3.0.2* Ich strukturiere meinen gesamten Unterricht in der 1:1-iPad-Klasse mit Schoolwork und bin begeistert von der nahtlosen Integration der nativen App. Übersichtlichkeit und Funktionalität sind top - auch wenn es noch einige Features gibt, die das Arbeiten mit der App noch einfacher und flüssiger machen würden. Über die Feedback-Seite habe ich bereits viele Verbesserungsvorschläge eingesendet - allerdings noch keine Rückmeldung dazu erhalten. Schade! Ich halte Fortbildungen zu Schoolwork und würde mich freuen, wenn sich einige dieser teils marginalen Änderungen bald umsetzen ließen, weil Schoolwork dann alle anderen Lernplattformen aussticht! ### 4/5 — Eigentlich genial, aber *2024-12-04, version 3.0.2* Schoolwork ist eigentlich ein geniales Programm, welches sehr mächtig ist und sich einfach und intuitiv dank einer aufgeräumten Oberfläche bedienen lässt. Klassen lassen sich blitzschnell erstellen. Schüler lassen sich ebenso schnell zu den Klassen hinzufügen! Wie gesagt, die Idee ist sehr gut! ABER! Die iCloud Synchronisation hackt ständig! Dokumente (PDF) lassen sich nicht hochladen. Ein Workaround ist bisher: Sich mit der verwalteten Apple ID am iPad abzumelden und neu anzumelden. Das kann aber nicht der Sinn der Sache sein?! Bitte beheben Sie die Probleme! Apple doesn’t offer a school solution to manage IDs. Why can’t this giant, most successful corporation on the planet ever, make a tool that supports the little independent school? Student work is often lost and does not return or returns hours later. Das war eines der wichtigsten Features für mich, denn SuS konnten mit ihrem Stift auf den PDFs schreiben und zeichnen und ihre Ergebnisse dann einreichen. 99% meiner wirklich vielen Arbeitsblätter sind nun mal PDFs! Hinzu kommt, dass ich meine nun über Jahre aufgebaute Aufgabensammlung auf diese Weise nicht mehr verwenden kann! Bitte wieder PDFs in die Aktivitäten aufnehmen… am besten, alles so, wie es in der Vorgänger-Version war! Denn so ist die App für mich in der Unterrichtspraxis unbrauchbar! ### 1/5 — Version 3.2 *2025-09-23, version 3.2* Die neue Schoolwork-Version sorgt leider dafür, dass die App für mich im Unterricht unbrauchbar wird. Dass man sich nun direkt am Anfang für einen Aufgabentyp entscheiden muss, hat leider zur Folge, dass nich mehr verschiedene Dateitypen in einer Aufgabe so einfach kombiniert werden können. In der Praxis muss ich also für jede Datei eine neue Aufgabe aufmachen, was es für mich unheimlich aufwändig und für Schüler unübersichtlich macht. Zu meinem Ärger werden über Jahre aufgebaute Aufgaben, die ich nun wieder importieren möchte beim Verteilen der Aufgabe völlig zerschoßen. Auch das Senden von Dateien aus der Dateien-App heraus an Schoolwork scheint nicht mehr möglich zu sein. Die Verknüpfung mit dem ASM mach es sehr komfortabel. Es lässt sich wirklich super differenzieren und die „Liveansicht“ ermöglicht es bei jedem Schüler in Echtzeit in die Dokumente zu schauen und diese auch zu korrigieren. Ein vertauschen von Schülerarbeiten ist unmöglich. Auch die Idee mit dem Exitticket lässt sich perfekt für das selbstorganisierte Lernen sowie zur Evaluation des eigenen Unterrichts einsetzen. ### 5/5 — Some people don’t know how this app works and posting negative reviews. *2021-02-11, version 2.1.2* Your school should register with Apple for Apple School Manager. Both your students and teachers should have managed Apple ID. In the school manager classes will be created and students will be assigned. Works well with those. ### 5/5 — Everyone Can Collaborate with Schoolwork *2019-02-14, version 1.1.1* Schoolwork makes it super easy for our staff to share class materials, set learners on a specific activity in an app and collaborate on shared files. The speed in which collaboration can be set up within a class or group is fantastic and is truly transforming teaching and learning within our school. We have learners collaborating with the entire class in Pages, Keynote, and Numbers; assessing each others work by adding comments and sound recordings to offer peer to peer, real-time feedback. We also use the Drawing and Smart Annotation features in Pages and Keynote to create collaborative artwork which can be seen by the entire group in real-time. The app needs to be configured by IT within your school/ institution so do investigate the the requirements and setup before you download. However, once you are set and good to go you won’t look back. This app will only get better as more 3rd party apps adopt ClassKit and Apple develop/add features in future versions. This app is the future of student learning with Apple devices. Being able to collaborate in live time with children and sharing work quickly and effectively when devices are not at school has changed the way children learn.
