It is slow and clunky at times with loading from lecture, to test taking. I have to restart the entire app after test taking because it won’t automatically bring me back to the main enrolled courses page as there is no option that allows you to exit the test page. There are times where I input an answer for a test question, but it says I did not, and will not allow changes to that answer. I have no choice but to have to restart the entire test again. Clicking a previous module just brings you to that module's exam page so it's a pain if you want to review previous content. The drag-and-drop style quizzes don't work and then you're stuck unable to advance. This app is so slow and cumbersome. I am taking the veterinary Fear-Free courses through this application and using it is significantly increasing *my* fear, anxiety, and stress. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2026-07-28, version 2026.07.24* Every time I put my phone down to take care of something I’m signed out in 2 seconds and when I log in it sends me back to the home page instead where I left off. I used to be involved with making apps, and this is someone biting off more that they can chew with a good sales department in order to get a good contract. Overall, it usually works well and is easy to navigate. Con: I have to complete safety training for work, but anytime I try to log in, it says “Sorry, this academy isn’t available.” “This academy switched to our new design. Please get the new Schoox app to gain access.” I click download now, and it shows that I have it downloaded and am using the “new app.” Thus, the cycle starts over, with me trying to log into the new Schoox app but being told I need to update, even though this is the updated app—blah blah lol. ### 3/5 — URL links *2025-12-23, version 2025.12.17* The URL links never seem to work, regardless of how they’re shared.
