I have a Sena program on my Apple and I opened it up to update my Wife’s Shoei built in helmet Sena headset. I went ahead and plugged in my C5 with the Sena app and it worked much better to update the firmware. The quality is good. The app makes pairing simple. The headset pairs really well with my phone. I can find the user guide and read it when I’m looking for a feature that I’ve forgotten, although I haven’t worked out the radio stations yet. I would like to see the number of possible users be increased so that you can keep a few more friends in the list instead of deleting one to add another. ### 5/5 — Tolle App *2022-05-27* Funktioniert einfach, sicher und stabil. The App connection to our helmets (C4 Pro) and SC1S communication units worked seamlessly! And the Mac firmware updater was easy to download and set up! Latest firmware versions installed on both helmets… I’m impressed! ### 5/5 — Installation SC1 S *2020-10-21* Ich bin begeistert ,mein Händler hat mich gebeten die Bedienungsanleitung genau zu lesen und an den wichtigsten Stellen habe ich mich auch daran gehalten....sieht da nach Installation der App habe ich nach kurzer Zeit die Kopplung vom Handy zum SC1 und zum GPS Navigator VI funktionsfähig hergestellt - Klasse 👍 P.S. der Händler hatte als Vorarbeit das SC1 S in den C4 pro bereits beim Kauf gestern (als Service )gleich eingesetzt und auf deutsche Sprache eingestellt . ### 5/5 — Verbindung App iphone mit Firmware 2.02 geht *2020-06-06* Hey mit der aktuellen Firmware 2.02 im SC1A geht die Verbindung. Solution is to go to Schuberth website and you will be directed to Sena where you can download the device manager to your PC and then follow instructions for latest update.
