Es können keine Updates auf das Modul gespielt werden. Mit der App lässt sich die Tür nicht mehr öffnen. Unterirdisch schlechte App

Leider lässt sich nach dem Update auf 1.7.0 bei allen unseren IOS Geräten kein Widget im Sperrbildschirm mehr erstellen ! Wir bitten dringend um Abhilfe !

Grundsätzlich funktioniert das System, d.h. wenn ich in der App auf Tür öffnen clicke, dann öffnet das Schloss. Aber das es automatisch bei Annäherung öffnet funktioniert leider nur sporadisch. Ich habe schon alles an Einstellungen probiert, Entfernung auf nur 100m gesetzt, Ortungsdienste auf immer, aber egal was ich mache, es führt nicht zum gewünschten Ergebnis. So ist es nutzlos, weil ich doch fast immer einen Schlüssel brauche, oder die App öffnen und clicken muss.

Die App stürzt auf Iphone Se 2022, ios 16.4.1 ab, wenn man in die Einstellungen wechselt um z.B. AutoUnlock zu aktivieren.
Mit Iphone se kann auch das Schloß nicht mehr aktiviert/installiert werden. Ich habe dazu ein altes iphone 7 , 15.6.1 bemüht.
Bitte korrigieren, da sonst nicht nutzbar!!

Auch mit der zweiten Generation nur Probleme.  Autounlock funktioniert nur hin und wieder. Keine Schlüsselübertragung zur Apple Watch möglich. Support findet nicht statt.

Habe mein BlueCon gestern in Betrieb genommen. Auf dem IPhone läuft diese. Auf der Warch lässt sich die App nicht öffnen bzw. schaltet sofort wieder ab.
Schade bitte um Update.
