## What is SchultePure?

舒尔特方格是一种简单而有效的注意力训练方法。它由一张方形卡片组成，上面画有25个1厘米x1厘米的方格，每个方格内填有一个1到25的数字，数字顺序被打乱。训练时，被测者需按1到25的顺序，用手指指出方格中的数字，同时诵读出声。完成25个数字所需的时间越短，表明注意力水平越高。
