It was fine at first, I would just take like 5 minutes to open each page. Now you can wait for about 15 minutes per page, it will not load. It will continue saying ‘cannot retrieve data from database’. It’s a useless app, it’s only function is to take up storage on my phone. This is causing my response time to drop. Therefore, when the app freezes after I try to use a template, as it has every time, and I have to close it, the lead I was trying to answer is now gone. Why can't our templates be in a drop down menu as opposed to pictures? I appreciate them creating this, but so far it's almost useless for me.
