Using this app and recording the data has given my health Team a better idea of what is going on with my body. I have L4/L5 injury. The questions are what is required. 
Could you add an auto save function, when it is 2:39am and you have had 7/10 pain it is very hard to remember to scroll all the way down to hit save.

Would also be good if I could record my blood pressures in its own spot.

Other than that we love this app. Thank you very much for putting it together.
