After I downloaded the latest update the app keeps shutting down.

Ever since apple did a software wi haven’t been able to login even after I reset my password several times. It just opens up and immediately shuts out, saying no account or error try again or call customer support which hasn’t helped. How can my study get completed if I’m unable to login the app?

I was suppose to receive a call from you. The day and time was set and I even received a text the night before as a reminder. NO CALL. How legitimate is this program?

No matter how I set my notification time frames, this app will not notify me. I have to constantly check my trial for tasks to complete which is draining. All my setting in my phone for push notifications are allowed and the app is still not notifying me.

Been unable to access the app this past week. It looks like I’m not the only one. 😐 I was able to log in, then a second later it kicked me out. Fortunately, I don’t need to submit another blood sample until March.
