The first part of my title is a NEED. Apart from that I have a few other critiques but it is just me being nit picky. For example the ‘∓±’ sign has a unbolded minus-or plus, but bolded plus-or-minus sign. Another nit picky point is the proportionality sign ‘∝’ is a bit too small and low. Preferably make the sign look similar to ‘∞’. But honestly these are tiny points and I can’t stress how cool this app genuinely is, I think it’s such a game changer cause it makes me genuinely look forward to making my notes, I try use as many of the characters as I possibly can like δ for slight change and Δ for major change or the typical ‘∴’ and ‘∵’.  But yeah it is just so cool and yeah I really do hope you implement these changes cause then it would be the DREAM KEYBOARD, and it isn’t far off already!

+ A great tool for both Maths and Science students, offering a variety of symbols and letters that would usually be quite laborious to access. 
+ Very easy to set up in Settings, with great instructions if needed.
- It’s a bit of a shame that you have to pay to customise the keyboard, but the price is quite fair.

Ho acquistato la versione a pagamento e devo dire che vale davvero l'acquisto. Ogni tasto può essere personalizzato anche con caratteri che non sono presenti nell'elenco dell'app ma che, ad esempio, si possono copiare da siti esterni, davvero fantastico. L'unica cosa è che ci sono solo 3 "pagine" di tastiere dunque si possono avere "soltanto" 83 caratteri. Se fosse possibile aggiungere pagine allora sarebbe perfetta!

I always has trouble with unicode keyboards either missing symbols I need or having to look really hard. This app makes it a lot easier with a fully customizable keyboard. One suggestion is to have more modes or adding key held options (like holding "4" to see "4","⁴","₄")

Einstellen tut man die zweireihige Tastaturbelegung unter explizitem Aufruf der App SciKey - dort kann man dann jede einzelne dieser Tasten in der zweireihigen Tastatur mit einem von über 3.000 Zeichen/Emojis belegen.  LEIDER spendierte der Entwickler KEINE dritte Tastaturzeile mit den Cursorbewegungs- und Zwischenspeichertasten. Daher nur ein Genügend 😎

This apps requires you to pay to customize your keyboard. The unpaid version gives you an extremely limited set of options. If you're going to use mathematical/scientific keyboards, use Symbol Keyboards. The developer has a name with Chinese characters – that app will give you access to thousands of characters for free. If you have installed this app, PLEASE rate it one star like me so we can lower this app's rating to 2.9 stars. Do everything to shadowban this app from appearing in the App Store's search results. If you're writing a review, please tell other people about BETTER ALTERNATIVES.

Very little utility without handing over a $, which would be ok BUT YOU have to create the keyboard with new characters instead of them just being made available via slide to additional keyboards AND you must give them FULL ACCESS.! This keyboard has worked flawlessly for me for years and because it’s customizable you can adjust it any to include any symbols you like. Most negative reviews seem to misunderstand how Unicode works, if a character isn’t in the Unicode standard then other applications won’t recognize it, otherwise you could just make up new letters which would obviously not be recognized if you tried to type them into a browser for instance. ASCII does have some slightly annoying omissions, like you can type any subscript or superscript numbers, but only a select group of subscript and superscript letters, but again, this isn’t the fault of the app, it’s the fault of the universal standard used by all programmes. SciKey is by far the best math and science keyboard I’ve found for iOS.

And would be great if you could support putting multiple symbols on one key so you can choose if you hold the key, that way you could add even more keys 😍
