## What is Scipione il bus a prenotazione?

“Scipione a bus to book” is the new ATV bus-on-call service. Choose the time you wish to travel together with the departure and arrival points inside the areas covered by the service. The App will immediately calculate the ideal route. When you confirm your booking one of the ATV on-call buses will receive a message of where you get on and get off, adapting its path to your requirements.
The service can be booked from 15 days to 30 minutes before your departure and can be enjoyed at all the public transport stops.
At present the service is only available in the area of the city of Legnago already served by lines A, B and C.

Ho utilizzato due volte il servizio e mi sono trovata bene. Adesso non riesco più ad effettuare la prenotazione perché mi dice “Errore. Qualcosa è andato storto. Per favore riprova”. Io ho un iphone aggiornato all’ultima versione

Servizio a dir poco schifoso. Due sere su due che ho prenotato e il bus non si è mai presentato. Inutile far credere quello che non è sui media televisi, inutile! Non ho parole. Sono stata 40 minuti in stazione ad aspettare un bus che non è mai arrivato. Non ho più parole!

Secondo l’app l’autobus era arrivato in anticipo. 

La mappa dice che c’è. E il mio puntino blu è lì. 

Io giro per tutto il piazzale della stazione di Verona. 

Ma del mio Scipione neanche l’ombra. 

E “giustamente” l’app annulla la mia corsa perché non mi ero presentato. 

Prossima corsa…tra 40 minuti (non prima). 

E non solo…

Non esiste assistenza fuori dagli orari d’ufficio (geniale per un servizio serale). 

E quando il giorno dopo ho scritto ad ATV via e-mail, mi hanno comunicato che secondo loro è tutto regolare. 

Sarei dovuto salire sul bus invisibile. 

Ho scritto questa recensione per metterti in guardia da un servizio inaffidabile e per cui non vedo possibilità di miglioramento. 

Non usare quest’app se vuoi tornare a casa in tempo.

Ho scaricato l’app più volte ma in fase di registrazione si blocca e mi da errore.
Chi ha sviluppato non ha neanche attivato le segnalazioni.. complimenti!!

Provo a prenotare e mi dice che vengono a prenotare dopo 1 ora e 20. Ma scherziamo? Ovviamente ho attraversato la città a piedi per 50 minuti da sola!  Ma poi dovresti conoscere bene i nomi delle fermate per provare a capire da dove puoi prenotare la corsa, eh sì perché non puoi fare le normali corse che hanno tolto! Gli autobus vanno solo su tratte scelte da loro!!!

Questa pagliacciata ormai potevo aspettarmela solo a Verona,togliere la maggior parte delle corse serali quando noi paghiamo sia le tasse che l’abbonamento per avere un servizio nullo è imbarazzante 
Sul sito dice che puoi prenotare un viaggio fino a 15 minuti prima e ho provato a farlo e come orario la partenza più vicina me la dà ad un ora.
Provo a prenotare un viaggio e mi dà impossibile anche se erano le 22.30 ed il servizio DOVREBBE essere garantito fino alle 24.
 Voglio proprio vedere ora come si sposteranno gli anziani che non hanno un telefono touch o un tablet! Veramente non ho parole già i trasporti sono sempre stati un problema ma così è al limite del comico

Non riesco a capacitarmi di come si possano eliminare le corse notturne senza aver prima testato il buon funzionamento di questa app e senza aver ben informato la cittadinanza dell’esistenza di questo servizio sostitutivo (che tra l’altro risulta poco accessibile e praticabile a molti). 
Alluncianante anche il fatto che si debba prenotare la corsa in anticipo e che i passeggeri siano solo 5!! 
Servizio totalmente inefficiente. Sono delusa.
