Unable to access my Scispace conversations from my online account. 👎🏼

It utilized all my credits in answering one question. I don't think anyone will be happy to add a credit for each question!!

I just asked one question and it spend my all credit, and now it wants one credits to continue, only way buy it is spend 90 dollars per month, F. U. Also I just tried its AI detector I copied from ChatGPT it found %0 ai ,  it sad almost entirely by a human

The SciSpace App despite its capacity generate accurate and massive literature lacks important features like copying the output, modifying the output by using other functions in the web.

I don’t know the point of using the app for getting what you want to know but not able to copy that output to use further. Makes little or no sense at all.

This is about SciSpace.com :
No way I’d recommend this! Trust me, they are total frauds!
Seriously, don’t give them your money; they have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
I’m a PhD student, let me tell you about the quality—it’s nothing compared to others out there. PopAi and ChatGPT are way better and totally worth it! The moment I signed up in 2024, I didn’t like it at all, but I forgot to cancel and missed the 7-day cancellation window. I ended up paying for a whole year ($144.00) without even using it! (One minute after I got charged, I shot off an email asking to cancel and get my money back.)
And then they charged me again in 2025 for renewal without giving me even a heads-up about it. I was hit with another $144.00 out of nowhere! Their response? The refund policy makes it clear that only initial orders are refundable, so renewals can’t be refunded, regardless of whether you used the service or not.
To sum it all up:
They’ll charge you without a word.
You’re basically stuck! Once you’re past the initial order, you have zero chance to cancel that renewal!

As noted by others, does not work with Google login that my account was created with on desktop. So, I can’t access my account.

UPDATE: Can now log in with Google so I’ve added a star. You can’t access anything in your account though (library, notes, etc). It would be good to at least be able to search and add to your library and access papers from it.

this app was so helpful in summarizing the research papers I have for college, I’m happy that I discovered this app and I love how I can ask follow up questions and annotate within it.
