The app always crashes. It takes forever to load. And now when click Open Barcode for my library card it opens so large with an option to zoom out I can’t even scan it. The old app worked so much better.

The App takes an extremely long time to load. I’m having to constantly re-enter my card number and pin. The old app was so much better.

Ever since they updated to a new app, it crashes a lot. Reinstalling doesn’t matter. It makes you scan your card(s) and login with your pin every time. Since you have to use your card number, keep your physical card around. Loading the main page takes awhile. Or it will just freeze as a white page. The search feature doesn’t bring up all the results they actually have in the library. The whole app is very frustrating. I just want to see when my books are due and renew from home. It needs a lot of work.

Worked ok for awhile, just lost the login more and more frequently to where it would close out the app while I was using it. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and now it won’t even load. Stuck on the loading screen. Very frustrating because I can’t access my kids accounts to see holds ready and overdue items. I hope they fix it soon.

The search option seems to be very limited and doesn’t bring back titles that I know they have.  On the Libby app I can type in several words and it will find the titles with those words.  This app doesn’t find the titles.

I think the app is slowly improving but there are still a lot of bugs. It tends to load slowly and crash often though. 
Trying to adjust browse categories on the home page is worthless. Clicking the “X” doesn’t remove anything. Going through the preferences menu allows you to toggle off categories but it doesn’t change anything. 
So I don’t use the app much because it’s rather frustrating compared to just opening the website in the browser.

The convenience of seeing your library holds and their due dates is only outshined by being able to access your library card barcode right in the app. I can also search and place a hold for books that I hear about from friends right away on my phone. There’s lots to love about this app.

I really liked having my library app, but I can, because I can’t install IOS.16. on my phone because I have an older phone (iPhone 6s) which is really frustrating since I have to go to the website every time to manage my account. Edit: Ok, so I just realized that I don’t have to have IOS.16 to use the app anymore, yay!!
