## What is Scontrinello?

Business trip receipts, sorted.

Keep photos and PDFs with each expense, see what you can claim, and export everything in one PDF when your trip is over.

• Keep meals, transport and other expenses organized by trip.
• Set meal limits for each meal or for the whole day, plus a separate daily limit for transport. See how much you can claim based on the limits you set and what you’ll pay out of pocket.
• Read amounts, dates and times right on your iPhone. Review the detected details and edit anything that needs correcting. Meal categories are suggested based on the time.
• Keep receipts and card payment receipts together as photos or PDFs. Import multiple attachments from Photos, Files or other apps. Anything incomplete or uncertain goes to “To Sort Out” for you to review.
• Combine trip attachments in one PDF, with an optional summary and headers. Choose the photo quality before exporting.
• Export your trips, receipts and attachments in one backup file, then import them whenever you need to.
• Choose from nine themes, light or dark mode, and matching app icons.

No account. No tracking. Text recognition works offline, and your data is stored on your iPhone. You choose what to export and share.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.2.1 — 2026-10-30

• When the app opens, the receipt tears open in your theme’s colors.
• Shorter, easier-to-read trip dates.
• Reimbursed trips now show a check mark, and the summary animates its total.
• Easier-to-read switches in dark mode.

### 1.2.0 — 2026-10-28

• Crop and rotate a receipt photo whenever you like by dragging its corners to the edges.
• The document scanner now works inside a receipt too: scan two pages to add the receipt and the card payment receipt at once.
• Photos open over the page without leaving it.
• More accurate reading of totals and amounts.

### 1.1.2 — 2026-10-26

• Theme improvements and new variants.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-10-24

• New Amethyst theme with a matching app icon, for six themes in all.
• Privacy Policy and Support now open on the Scontrinello website, in English or Italian.
• Find a link to the website at the bottom of Settings.
• Clearer wording on some screens.

### 1.1.0 — 2026-10-23

• Import several receipts at once, from Photos, Files, the share sheet of other apps or the Home Screen quick action. Scontrinello reads the amount and date and files each receipt in the right trip; the ones that need a hand wait in To Sort Out.
• Mark a trip as reimbursed.
• PDF attachments show a preview of their first page.
• Better reading of receipts from abroad: dates and times in English, French, German, Spanish and Portuguese.
• App icons that match the themes, and backup on a screen of its own.
• Haptic feedback can be turned off in Settings, and animations are smoother.
