And this is only my opinion but I would love to have a kosher course! Because the only options I have are vegan and vegetarian which is pretty disappointing since I love meat. Would love to see some changes since you have great content and a very nice community! **Developer response:** Thanks for sharing this so thoughtfully. Sometimes titles don’t match the classes. I love cooking, but will definitely not renew. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. ### 1/5 — Abusive renewal *2026-05-29* Scoolinary automatically renewed my annual subscription today without any warning email (even in spam folder) or clear notification. I was not aware it was set to renew and would have cancelled immediately if I had known.I contacted support less than an hour after the charge asking for a full refund. They refused and only offered a partial refund. No flexibility even though the renewal just happened and I have not used the service during this new period. Very disappointed with the lack of transparency. This feels like a subscription trap. If you value clear billing and fair refund policies, look elsewhere. **Developer response:** Hi Vroumer, thank you for explaining what happened so clearly and we’re sorry that the answer you received made you feel there was no room to look at your case with the care it deserved. That is not how we want anyone to feel when reaching out to Scoolinary. Annual subscriptions are set to renew automatically, and we do send renewal reminders, but we also understand that what matters here is your specific experience. We would like to review your case again, the renewal notice, the timing of your message to support, the activity on the account, and the solution that was offered. Your feedback is really valuable and helps us improve. ### 1/5 — Wish it wouldn’t keep switching language. *2025-07-21* I’ve selected English in the settings , but when I click on a course/ “ the locked classes” it changes it to Spanish when I have to select which package I would like .
