### 1.7 — 2026-09-16

- Checklists can now notify only staff who are actually clocked in when they go live, instead of the whole team
- Admins can control which roles are allowed to invite new team members
- Fixed an issue with the Messages badge count and tab layout

### 1.6 — 2026-09-15

- Messages: redesigned attachment picker, press-and-hold to reply/star/share/copy, per-channel mute, @mention autocomplete, and fixed images/files sometimes failing to load
- Start/End of Day: fixed data loss with autosave, cloud sync of drafts, receipt reopening, and float handling
- Forms: choose who gets notified — a team, a person, or an email address — when a form is submitted
- Time Clock moved higher up the menu for quicker access

This update adds:

- Shift Swaps — request a shift swap, get a teammate to cover it, and have it approved by a manager, all in one place
- Training Roadmap — see your training milestones for tenure, points, consistency and shout-outs
- Shout-outs — give recognition to teammates, with a new dashboard for admins to view any team member's training progress
- New notifications when a team member completes a training module or hits a milestone

Plus general bug fixes and improvements.

### 1.4 — 2026-09-12

- Linked stores: combine two stores at one location so their Start/End of Shift and Sales run as one — clock in/out spans both locations.
- Time Clock now shows who's clocked in and out today, so Team Leaders, Managers and Admins can spot and clock out anyone who forgot at the end of the day.
- Going back to correct a clock in/out time is now controlled by the Role Permissions settings, with a mandatory reason and a full audit trail (who changed it, when, and why).
- Various reliability fixes to scheduling, holidays, and time entry permissions.

### 1.3 — 2026-09-11

Messages has been redesigned to work like a proper chat app — see all your
conversations in one list with unread counts and a preview of the last
message, tap in to a conversation to chat, and use the back button to return.
You'll also see an @ when you've been mentioned.

Invoices now fits properly on your phone screen — no more scrolling sideways
to see everything.

The app now opens straight to login instead of showing the marketing page
first.

The Scoop Support button is smaller and less obtrusive on phone screens.

Fixed an issue where the app could get stuck zoomed in, and where message
input, notifications, and the sidebar menu could occasionally misbehave near
the edges of the screen or after rotating your phone.

Various smaller layout and text fixes throughout the app.
