If you search for Bali as a destination, it says there are none available. If you go into a package you then can’t get back out of it. Needs some serious bug fixes and testing. ### 3/5 — Freezing issues iOS *2023-10-21, version 9.10.0* Don’t know what’s happened recently but now freezes middle of selecting options ### 2/5 — Super annoying *2021-08-18, version 7.0.6* I used to use this app a lot but not it defaults to Sydney every time I open it. Needs to have a setting to remember which city you’re in ### 2/5 — New app has a nice layout but is missing key features *2021-08-11, version 7.0.6* The new UI and layout of her app is much nicer and easier to read the details of deals. Although there are constant issues with the app crashing when trying to view deals or trying to interact with actions (e.g. book online). The FAQ section does not work in the app and is not viewable. Also, the my current location feature doesn’t work and the chosen city location in the app is not remembered - it always defaults to Sydney even though I have selected Melbourne and have a Melbourne l postcode included in my profile details. Other basic missing features in Scoopon that other similar apps (Groupon, etc) have are: 1. Can’t share a deal with people or on social media, etc 2. Can’t save or favourite a deal 3. Can’t remember my location or chosen City ### 1/5 — Can’t access vouchers *2021-06-16, version 7.0.4* When I try and view the voucher, on my phone and iPad, the voucher does not display. This has proven to be horrible at the restaurant who insist on scanning the QR code. Removed and reinstalled the app, still doesn’t work. I am so fed up with issues with the service, the app and the offers, I won’t be using Scoopon again. ### 2/5 — One issue... *2021-02-24, version 5.2.11* All the offers are great! But there’s no search function. I gotta scroll through all the stuff I don’t want to find the stuff I do want! ### 1/5 — App is pretty useless *2021-01-23, version 5.2.11* I can’t view my credits. It keeps coming up saying (page not found 404 error). Has a calendar option to book but then gives an error saying you can’t book. The info and pics of the holidays are good. I want to be able to type in what I would like to search to narrow it down. You should be able to type what you want to search. Plus location only choice is capital cities, again no option to type in location/ suburb to narrow down! You cannot search by keyword or filter your search results (other than by location) ### 1/5 — All show no action *2020-05-06, version 5.2.11* Scoopon quick to take your money, failed to provide the service paid for in good faith. After many weeks they promised a $999 credit to be used in any Scoopon Service. To date still no credit to our Account. On this trip we booked and paid for airfares which were fully refunded by Thai Airways. Accommodation at Le Meridien Hotel Bangkok which was fully refunded both these refunds exceeded $2000. Yet Scoopon not only refused to refund money that was not their money until they provided the service but put us on a merry go round and provided nothing but lip service. So no we will not use them again or their parent company Luxury Escapes. Pity as one star is low as I can go. GET TO MARCH 2020 WITH COVID EVERYWHERE AND THEYVE DISCONNECTED ALL PHONE ACCESS AND DONT REPLY TO THE 15 EMAILS YOUVE BEEN SENDING FOR THE LAST 4 WEEKS! It doesn’t make sense to omit a search function. Customer center said no refund. Worst experience ever. ### 1/5 — What a flop! *2024-02-11, version 9.10.0* Scoopon as a concept is great. Good to use through a web browser. However, I have the app and as soon as I open a deal it freezes. I can’t scroll down the page or go back. Really frustrating. You can’t choose a date, go back a page, it’s search is faulty… basically doesn’t do what you need it to do to actually buy something.
