It just says my previous cash out request has not been processed yet. I’ve been waiting since 08/18/2018. I’m only owed $1, but there also haven’t been many opportunities to make money like it used to be when I first joined. I’ll most my be deleting my portfolio and the app due to these reasons. Worst of all is the fact that when I went to import a picture from my massive photo albums saved to my device it only displayed 29 random pictures from my device that I could import. The photos that are picked as winners are mostly lame, lacking character or appeal. Who wants to waste time submitting a photo, or even voting for a great photo, when the worst photos become winners??? But since I got my iPhone 12 Pro the App will not allow my pics to be accessed. I have emailed them about 3 different times. The last time, I do not remember them responding and they still have not fixed the issue. Was looking forward to using this, I have switched recently from full dslr photoshop workflow to iPhone and editing on iPad, was looking forward to uploading some stock pictures but it is not as straightforward as other sites I have used to upload video and user experience is very unsatisfying, a shame as they seem to have a good service ### 1/5 — Disappointing *2016-05-14, version 5.0.5* Lack of sales and community engagement. They have new contests each day which is pretty cool. It gives you a good chance to hone your photography skills. It could be better if you could see other pictures not just the winners. Also people could vote on their own pictures and that isn't really fair for others especially if you are one point away from winning the contest.
