Enter my email address and nothing happens. I’ve also had problems using their website from my iPhone and cannot get a reservation for my event in July this year 2026. ### 3/5 — Can’t log in *2026-02-13* I enter my email and it just keeps loading. I’m seeing the same reviews as mine from a year ago so in my opinion they don’t care. ### 1/5 — Horrible. Unable to sign in *2026-01-20* I have an AOL email address. That’s where it ends. ### 1/5 — App is unresponsive- just like the company *2025-10-08* App opens- asks for an email address, which I have attempted to enter 5+ times. Get a spinning wheel and nothing after that. Guess I shouldn’t be surprised. I had a negative experience on a previous rental and requested some feedback from them via email and got an AI apology and a promise to follow up. Waited two weeks. Crickets. So I followed up again. Got another apology response and so far nothing else after another week. Will not allow me to schedule a rental more than 1 week in advance. Continually tells me up update the app, but it’s already updated to date with the newest version.
