As others have posted, I downloaded the latest app to my iPhone. Enter my email address and nothing happens. I’ve also had problems using their website from my iPhone and cannot get a reservation for my event in July this year 2026.

App opens- asks for an email address, which I have attempted to enter 5+ times. Get a spinning wheel and nothing after that. 

Guess I shouldn’t be surprised. I had a negative experience on a previous rental and requested some feedback from them via email and got an AI apology and a promise to follow up.  Waited two weeks. Crickets. So I followed up again. Got another apology response and so far nothing else after another week. I think I’ll look for another option.

Absolutely horrible app!!  Will not allow me to schedule a rental more than 1 week in advance.  Continually tells me up update the app, but it’s already updated to date with the newest version. I even deleted it and reinstalled and I still get that message.

My cruise wouldn’t have been the same without my scooter. Everything went perfectly and my family didn’t have go wait for me because I could keep up! I would definitely rent again
