As a former Apple employee myself and Apple product owner for over 35 years I’ll restate simply so you can understand. You don’t need my location or sign in info for you to tell me where someone else’s scooters are at. If you’re a competent developer and coder you could figure it out. The design of such an app as this should already have the ability to see where scooters are and not need your scooter account info! But suffice to say - you ALREADY have my location in your app to see me. We are actually not allowed to store the location of the scooters, that would be a violation of their guidelines (although I 100% agree that would be ideal). We require you to log in to the providers that require it in order to access their inventory. As we said, we know it's annoying but your information should store within the app after the first login! Edit: I understand your frustration, but I don’t think you understand “guidelines” the vendors put out. By entering your information, it is actually YOU requesting data from THEM. We simply serve as a way to view all the inventory on one screen. My service would get shut down by some vendors if we “store” the location of their products (scooters) which is what would be needed unless YOU make the requests from your device. I know software is a bit complicated for some to understand, hopefully I explained it well. (side note..as a senior level engineer, i am 100% capable of writing code to simply save the location of ALL the scooters, but I don’t want to violate terms) I hope you understand and update your review/ratings. ### 1/5 — Fishy?!!
