## What is Scooty Connect?

Scooty Connect is an internal operations application used by authorized SCOOTY personnel to discover, connect to, diagnose, configure, and manage SCOOTY fleet vehicles over Bluetooth. The app provides tools for vehicle inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support.
