From Burlington Guelph Line along the bicycle path to downtown and dropped off on Martha St. For me and my wife this costs $23!!! One way! The Uber back home was $11. How can this pricing on SCOOTY be sustainable? Absolute joke of a concept if prices are this expensive

I use SCOOTY everyday to try to work, and move around the city. Their passes are pretty good deal, very reasonably priced. I like they are a local company.

I decided to try out a scooty for the first time. Uppon unlocking the scooter i had realised my bus had arrived and decide to use that instead, cancelling the ride in 42 seconds. I was charged 3..96 on the app for that 42 seconds of standing next to the bike and not using it in any way. Upon checking my card i realised i had actually been charged 5 dollars instead of the 3.96 amount. Do not use this app.Ever.
