It does what it says. I was able to pretty quickly secure an interview just based off the fact that I was able apply within 30 minutes after the job was posted.

Really useful if you're actively job searching. 
Cuts out the noise and just tells you when something 
new posts. I am getting a lot of notifications for jobs that I am genuinely interested in.
