## What is Scope?

Scope-Scan.AI Capture is the mobile companion to the Scope-Scan.AI professional inspection platform. Property inspectors, general contractors, and renovators use Scope-Scan.AI to capture 360° panoramic photos of properties and generate detailed scope-of-work reports automatically — powered by computer vision and AI.

WHAT IT DOES

- Capture 360° panoramas of every room, exterior, and system in a property using your Ricoh Theta series camera
- Organize each shot by room and camera position with an intuitive picker (62 canonical rooms and positions, from Front Yard to Utility Room)
- Optionally geo-tag each panorama with GPS coordinates for on-site verification
- Upload to the Scope-Scan.AI cloud, where AI generates a full scope-of-work report identifying construction, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and structural items across the property
- Review, share, and reference every scan from your device — including offline viewing of previously captured properties

Scope-Scan.AI Capture is a companion tool to your Scope-Scan.AI account. Accounts (both free and paid) are created and managed at scope-scan.ai. Once you have an account, sign in to the app to start capturing.
