Disappointed in the app. ### 5/5 — Perfect! *2015-10-05* I've used this app for a little over a year now to help with aligning my Atlas EQ-G mount. It does a perfect job and the display matches nicely with the reticle in my mount's polar alignment scope. The built-in data features are also very handy for setting the SynScan controller, too. Highly recommended-- and a steal as it's free! ### 1/5 — Simply did not do the job *2015-02-20* The Polaris view always shows transit as being 0:00:00 and shows no constellation overlay or even the position of Polaris - clearly broken. ### 5/5 — Sweet! And very simple and clean. *2014-03-08* This is immensely helpful as I try and polar align my scope. Having a bubble level and true north compass on one screen is great. Really love the polar scope image saved my back. ## Frequently asked questions about ScopeTool ### What is ScopeTool used for? ScopeTool helps users set up, align, and use their telescopes.
