Even after providing proof that I had fulfilled the referral requirements, they refused their promised reward. Customer support was not helpful in resolving the issue, which made the experience even more frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not recommend participating in their referral program or referring anyone until they improve the way they handle referral. **Developer response:** We're sorry to hear about your experience. Adding a new recipient doesn’t work, after tapping save, the sheet closes and the list remains empty with no explanation. It gets worse during transfers: I enter recipient details, proceed through the flow, and only at the final step does the app claim the recipient isn’t verified then deletes all the information I just entered. After repeating this 5-6 times, it’s beyond frustrating. This feels less like a minor glitch and more like a broken core feature. ### 1/5 — Slow transfer process *2026-04-12* I tried to transfer 500 euros in the morning at 8 am , while transferring the amount it was written it will arrived in 3 hours but now already the 10 hours have been passed still my funds are not transferred In the application it’s showing that transfer is in process but on my email it’s showing that your transfer has been failed and the amount is already debited from my German bank.
