La gente insulta e l’insulto non è tra le motivazioni per segnalare, quando segnali qualcuno non succede niente. C’è gente que mette nella foto delle immagini di minori, anche in costume, vi sembra accettabile?

You lose tons of games because app freezes all the time. Slow to collect daily prizes, even that freezes. Wonder if people who pay to play have same issues? Last year I lost my level and now it just constantly crashes.

Il mio nome è Richard ero al livello 58 e mi avete costretto a ricominciare da zero perché ho cambiato e-mail: ingiusto! Ingiusto! Ingiusto! Vi ho già scritto una e-mail per ristabilire il mio livello, aspetto una celere risposta!

La gente qui continua ad insultare e non mettete neanche una segnalazione per insulti….. che controllo fate?

Il gioco è imperfetto….vincono sempre gli avversari, le carte vengono distribuite in modo non coerente e quando hai i 7 vengono dati agli avversari….non mi piace x questo… Il gioco potrebbe essere interessante, però è scadente e scarsi i creatori…molte anomalie, gente che si permette di criticare e offendere, giocatori che vincono spesso e altri nemmeno una volta, se hai il sette oro, molto spesso lo devi dare agli avversari, attraverso vari trucchetti del gioco e gira e rigira la vittoria è quasi sempre la loro. Bisogna migliorare tanto. Quasi sempre l’avversario della mia destra ha le mie stesse carte, quindi fa sempre scopa. È normale o un errore di programmazione nella distribuzione delle carte? Tempo fa mi avete risposto che le carte vengono distribuite in modo casuale. Al riguardo ho molti dubbi… Sono sempre della stessa idea..gioco imperfetto, bisogna migliorare un paio di cose, allontanare i maleducati dal gioco, a volte offendono pesantemente, il fatto che i giocatori escano all’improvviso, anche se sono in vantaggio. Non mi dite che non li vedete questi insulti gratuiti?

Sono sempre della stessa idea: non avete migliorato nulla, sempre le stesse imperfezioni, inutile commentare xché non risolvete mai. Non so chi siete, se umani o artificiali, in ogni caso il gioco è sempre pessimo, anche se potrebbe essere interessante, ma se non eliminate queste cose che ho scritto, risulta sempre insoddisfacente.

**Developer response:** Uno di due giocatori vince mentre l’altro perde, non decidiamo noi chi vince e chi perde vampax. Le carte vengono distribuite in maniera sempre casuale e mai decisa da noi. Le auguriamo di vincere le sue prossime partite!

No penalty for who leaves the match before the end, ads everywhere, not optimised for big screens, bugs all over the app and I can go on for years
