I love the dark mode , love how it tallies up all your wallets , but its glitchy when moving around .. when ever i come back to my main wallet screen it says account not funded … its annoying and have to close the app and restart it

I have been trying to get my crypto off this app since the day I sent it to store a couple months ago. The customer support does not exist. Still trying to get my money out. It seems impossible to send anything out.
