When can I expect to receive the prizes I have won?

This app was absolutely so much fun to play, and seemed so legit, but I have not been contacted about a single prize I’ve ever won dating back to April. I’ve contacted support multiple times and was promised that “the prize team would be in touch” to no avail. I hope this game follows through with their prizes, and would be happy to update my review accordingly, but until then, this app has given me nothing but disappointment.

The games are fun (I’m particularly hooked to bird bump even though it drains my battery) but I’m not sure if they actually award prizes. Won a month ago or so but never received any details in my emails about claiming the prize. Nonetheless, I enjoy the casual games and if you enjoy trivia questions, they have multiple choice games as well.

If you’re playing games on your phone, you’re doing yourself a disservice by not playing on this app; with all the amazing prizes that are given sky’s the limit on what you can win.
