I downloaded this thinking it would be what my team needed.  I purchased the upgrade thinking there would be a lot more features unlocked.  While this may work for others, it wasn’t right for us.  I emailed their support team 8 minutes after downloading asking to cancel.  I have yet to hear back from anyone and it has now been about a month.  I have sent several emails.  Terrible terrible service!!!

This is a great program but with the name buzz you would think there is some kind of notification when someone makes a sale. But there is no noise or notification. The team needs to get notified when someone makes a sales.

Neat idea, makes cold calls a little less boring being able to see stats on the tv.
