It has been months but haven’t had anything done. They also make it difficult to unsubscribe from them. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Worst app in the App Store. **Developer response:** We're sorry for any confusion. Please note that our system does not allow members to request the removal of inquiries from their credit. As a neutral company, we do not act on your behalf but provide the necessary tools for you to manage your credit. Since a phone may have an old password saved, you need to make sure and type everything in, email address and password, and not allow any autofill until after you have successfully logged in. Once you do this, you can save or update the new password and you should have not any issues going forward.
