## What is ScorePad?

ScorePad is a fast, minimal score tracker built for games where points are added in batches–no fussing with plus and minus buttons or touchy controls, just enter a number and confirm.

Designed originally for Cross Cribbage, ScorePad works for any game where players accumulate points over multiple rounds: cribbage variants, card games, board games, darts, or any situation where you need a running tally for a group. Tap a player card to open the numpad, enter the points scored that round, and tap Add Points. Add multiple batches in a single turn before closing–each addition is tracked separately so you can undo individual entries if you make a mistake. When you're done with a player's turn, close the numpad and move to the next player.

PICK YOUR GAME

Choose a game in Settings and ScorePad handles the finish line for you. Every score card shows progress toward the winning total, and when someone crosses it you get a proper announcement–including how badly everyone else lost.

— Cribbage: first to 121, with skunk and double skunk calls
— Gin Rummy: first to 100, with a blitz when a loser never gets on the board
— Custom: set your own winning score and your own skunk lines
— Open: no target at all, exactly how ScorePad has always worked

FEATURES

— Up to 8 players with customizable names
— Batch point entry via a clean numpad interface
— Per-entry undo while the numpad is open
— Per-session undo on each player card after closing
— Full game reset with one tap
— Your game, player count, and appearance are remembered between launches
— Light and dark mode with automatic system detection
— Native iOS design with Liquid Glass styling

If you use ScorePad for a different game, I'd love to know–feedback and suggestions are always welcome.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-13

Pick your game and ScorePad tracks the finish line for you.

GAME SELECTION

Choose a game in Settings and every score card shows progress toward the winning total. When someone reaches it, ScorePad announces the win.

— Cribbage: first to 121. Calls a skunk when the loser doesn't get past 90, and a double skunk when they don't get past 60.
— Gin Rummy: first to 100, with a blitz when the loser never gets on the board.
— Custom: set your own winning score and your own skunk lines for whatever you play.
— Open / None: no target, exactly how ScorePad worked before. Still the default.

With three or more players, everyone who got skunked is called out by name.

ALSO IN THIS VERSION

— Your game, player count, and light/dark setting are now remembered between launches.

Nothing about entering points has changed–tap a card, type a number, add.
