The catch to the bonus is that your real money is not available to be taken out and you have to play $3000 worth of games before you can withdraw real cash. When you forfeit the bonus you lose all the cash you win during the bonus...After i made a complain and call them a ripoff i couldn’t win a game for anything. I deposit just to see if i could win and lost $105 on a game i use to win on easily....oh it only my second day playing so it shouldn’t be impossible for me to win🧐🧐🧐 ### 1/5 — Wants ALL of your personal information *2017-08-10, version 1.2.39* Went to sign up - originally asks for last 4 of your social - along with legal name, address, phone, birthdate, security questions etc....wouldn't accept my last 4 -- contacted support (for what it's worth answered immediately) and they said try again...went back and the last 4 digits had turned into full social security number required ---- I contacted support again to say I wasn't comfortable providing absolute strangers my full social along with every other bit of personal info -- they said "I'm sorry we will not be able to proceed with registration then" - if you're comfortable giving people info they'll need to possibly steal your identity - or sell your information to others, go for it - as for me, no thanks! ### 5/5 — Total Awesomeness!!!!!!! *2017-07-15, version 1.2.39* It's about time. This is Pala Casino *2023-03-27* I went to sign up for this “new” online casino app. Literally, never heard of it. When I put in my email address, it said I already had an account, so I used another email address because I thought maybe that was a mistake. However, as soon as I put in the last four of my SS and my telephone number, it said that I already had an account. Just for giggles, I tried to log in with my PalaCasino account information, not only did it work, but the Geo location is literally the worst. Which is why I never use PalaCasino anyway. I know that they are affiliated with PalaCasino, I would assume that they would be separate entities. This is a scam considering they offer a $25 no deposit promo for new players. You don’t see this crap with borgata and MGM casinos. even though they’re really not any better when it comes to shadow banning people for no reason. ### 1/5 — I phone players *2023-03-15* If you have an IPhone please save your money unable to play the game due to geolocation and can not get my money back that I deposited!!!!!
