Their knowledge of all Credit issues is FIRST RATE. Their response on any credit issue is quick and accurate. They will help you get all your credit scores going up and once they/ you get all credit bureau scores up to 800+ they don’t go away, they stay with to keep your scores at and above 800 points across the board. But now that I’m looking at my scores in freecredit360 I’m seeing that hat my credit is in the 600’s and they are watching things for me keeping me safe. I got the book credit secrets.com and I’m now reading it and am really seeing that I’m ok for now and am willing to do what it takes to get a higher score so that I’ll be able to do the things needed and really get my inventions out there farther then where they are now so that I can help people that want to get well. I can NEVER check my credit scores. I’ve turned off my phone & rebooted it. I’ve deleted the app and reloaded it. Nothing works. The only reason why I keep ScoreSense is for the insurance. Otherwise it’s a waste of money. ### 1/5 — Do not recommend this app *2026-04-10, version 1.6.5* I do not recommend opening an account with ScoreSense. I signed up for a membership that was charging 31.75 monthly. My monthly payment went from 31.75 to 42.35 with no notification at all. Additionally, The credit score update is inaccurate half of time I checked. ### 1/5 — Outdated info *2025-08-02, version 1.6.2* ScoreSense charges customers a monthly fee of $25 + tax for their services but I assure you that it’s not money well spent. The information provided to you on all 3 of your credit reports will be outdated. ScoreSense does not & will not provide utd scores & the information regarding your credit/loans/accounts is also inaccurate. There’s only 1 beneficial feature ScoreSense offers, which is alerting their customers of new “activity” on their credit report but all they provide you with is if a new inquiry has been made. It’s very basic & not worth paying for when you can get the same alert for free from the 3 major credit bureaus. There’s an app called Aura that is rated #1 for monitoring & protecting your credit. All of your info is utd-scores, accounts, inquiries & history-it’s all accurate. Aura goes beyond just monitoring & protecting your credit, Aura does an in depth assessment of your personal info & alerts you if your info was found on the dark web, & it protects your accounts from hackers and so much more. I highly recommend Aura. I DO NOT recommend ScoreSense. ### 1/5 — This Ain’t It *2025-03-10, version 1.6.1* So I downloaded this app thinking it was free. However when you go to signup it directs you to its website which shows its $29.95 after a 7 days free trial. That’s nice and all but I hate when apps aren’t up front about the cost and only shows you what they’re gonna charge after you download and signup. $29.95 per month would be $393.60 per year. Very inaccurate. You ask for a refund and they send you $1. Terrible service. ### 1/5 — DO NOT USE INACCURATE INFO-REPORTED *2023-05-27, version 1.5.3* I am working hard at rebuilding my credit due to an unfortunate situation. This service is not only expensive but extremely inaccurate!! You can only get updates to your scores once a month and my score so far off one of the scores on Scoresense stated 540 when I obtained it directly from the credit Bureau it was actually 740!! The rest were very similar!! This is not just a few point difference, this is what I call fraudulent reporting!! We are paying $360/ year for inaccurate reporting!! What else is incorrect!! My advice for all of you is go to Experian and do the 7 day free trial for all you FICO scores and compare!! Don’t take my word for it!! They also supply all the same benefits!! Go get information that you can trust!! This is a joke! ### 1/5 — This APP is a fraud *2022-09-26, version 1.5* I signed up for this app and the fico scores provided were not accurate. Not even close. I know because I have an individual account with Experian so I accessed my score at Experian and it is 60 points higher than what Scoresense provided. Scoresense is not providing current scores so the app is useless. The fico that Scoresense provided was from at least 18 months ago. It’s a rip off and when I tried to cancel on the same day I found out you have to call them to cancel. Do I even have to explain why you can only cancel by calling? Because they want to pressure you and ask why you’re canceling and try to sell something else. Disgusting company and I believe their reviews are fake. ### 1/5 — Deceptive *2022-09-09, version 1.5* The app asks for all of your information including name address phone number social email, everything, as if it’s going to give you your credit scores, but once they’ve got all of your information THATS when they want you to pay 30 dollars to access the score you can get for free elsewhere. Shady and deceptive, now they have all of my information for nothing in return as well. Well going threw the process of signing up I got to the last page and oh they need your credit card and I’m like WOW! I just don’t feel comfortable buying now as it do not state it on there site! The good ol Bait and switch.
