Never works. The app always needs to be restarted. Having to log in constantly is really frustrating!

I see you're currently using version 4.2.0—I'd highly recommend updating to our latest release, version 5.1.0, which includes several stability improvements and fixes for login-related problems.

Initially it was glitchy. The need to update every time you accessed it was obstructive. At least I could monitor my ad spend and check the spam texts I keep getting. But as of January 13 the app charged me 2x what I added to my account and has since stopped working all together! I’ve closed it and removed and reinstalled. Ugh

I appreciate you trying the usual steps like reinstalling. Since you mentioned a double charge and a complete app failure, I’d recommend updating to the latest version if you haven’t already—version 5.1.0 includes key fixes that may resolve these issues.

Can’t download the app. When I download the app, it asked for an immediate update. The update does not update too slow. Not a very well performing app.

**Developer response:** Just wanted to provide an updated response on this issue. We made some adjustments to our app and you should experience quick updates, when the are necessary.

Data is great, once logged in the communication tools work well. The app constantly requires refreshing though. During the day, I need to constantly close the app and sign back in. It’ll just sit there and load forever, unless you close it and start all over. Pretty frustrating.
