Needs someone who knows how to fix the issue. ### 4/5 — Great app so far *2025-09-30* I’ve recently got it installed in my car and have been using it for almost a month now. I find it to be really useful as it shows be exactly where my car is parked, it shows if it’s in IDL and also shows the speed during a journey. One thing I request is if the scorpion team can create a widget so I can have it on my front screen rather than looking for it through the app. ### 2/5 — Lot of alerts default to Contextual speed *2025-08-13, version 2.4.8* Tracking great, alerts not so. Have had this for over a year with varying success. Battery monitoring and tracking, journey history are excellent. However today, as my car was being repaired, I decided to set up geofences. Managed this no problem. When set up Geofence Entry, Geofence Exit and Ignition upon saving the all defaulted to contextual speed. Multiple attempts same result. Did not try other alert types as this should be Scorpion Tracks job. emailed tech support. Will update upon reply. ### 3/5 — When I’m out *2025-07-25* I recently went out in my vehicle, parked it and went for a walk. On checking the app to ensure the vehicle was safe it was showing that the vehicle was still at my home. Have I got something wrong in my settings? ### 2/5 — Awful app *2024-06-25* The app needs a complete overhaul. While all the necessary information is present, it's either poorly connected or buried in illogical sub-menus within the settings. The user experience could be significantly improved by differentiating between domestic and fleet users. This separation would allow for more optimized and user-friendly pathways and layouts tailored to the distinct needs of these two user groups. As a new user, one of my main frustrations is the inability to view a live status of my immobilizer. I purchased this app for peace of mind, expecting to check this status before bed, only to discover that the data isn't live and therefore doesn't provide accurate information. Additionally, the ability to add widgets for my phone home screen would be a huge added bonus, providing quick access to key features and improving overall usability. ### 3/5 — Mileage issue *2024-02-24, version 2.3.16* Mileage is no longer showing on each trip, appears as 0.0miles even though it is tracking the vehicle’s journey. Please fix this. ### 3/5 — Latest update created more issues *2023-12-08* Latest update has caused a few issues, odometer defaults to km and will not stop on miles. App alerts on phone when no longer connected to car but only opens up to map with no message. ### 2/5 — Tracker *2023-10-07* I recently had a ghost immobiliser an scorpion tracker installed around two weeks ago. The ghost Immobiliser I have no issues with but the tracker I do. On several occasions on the app it shows my vehicle in a location that it was in two days previous. If ever my defender was stolen it wouldn’t be found as it’s registered being in the wrong location. Im now waiting for this to be sorted. Hopefully my vehicle doesn’t get stolen whilst I’m waiting as i wouldn't get it back. ### 3/5 — Mr yilmaz *2023-10-01, version 2.2.33* IT’s updating a bit late and doesn’t show car on the road properly showing in middle of two roads. Hopefully they will improve for better. ### 1/5 — Starting to get ridiculous *2023-06-15* I’ve had this tracker for 3 years or more , it was fine in the beginning. It is now becoming useless. It said my car was in Cambridge the other day when my husband had it when he then popped up at our home 12 miles away from Cambridge seconds later. I updated it and it still said he was still in Cambridge until he turned off the ignition .. pathetic!! It takes 20 minutes to get from Cambridge to our house but still didn’t update ### 3/5 — Journeys *2023-05-29, version 2.2.20* Not sure why but the reported journeys don’t reflect reality so not sure how the car could be tracked!!! Other than that it’s not a problem. ### 1/5 — Nothing like what I was expecting *2023-01-13* Today all my driving was recorded as idle and no mileage recorded. I can’t seem to view a day’s driving on either the app nor the portal. I was parked up last night asleep, my phone and vehicle tag with me. I got a phone call from the “stolen” telephone number. It was automated but why would it think a stationary vehicle was being stolen? ### 1/5 — Not working *2023-01-11, version 2.2.10* This app simply doesn’t work! I am getting the same errors and issues from the last version. I can’t even get past the login screen! Very disappointing. ### 2/5 — Mostly good, but has bugs *2022-10-06* Push notifications for triggered alerts have stopped working. I’m not confident in the event of an emergency the app will alert me. Can’t configure alerts in app, web has more options and the app misses some needed drop downs. Really bad, especially as this is not the first time I have raised this issue!! ### 1/5 — Vehicle Location *2026-06-04, version 2.6.4* Despite notifying you several times, it still not possible to get an address of a vehicle when you click on it!! ### 1/5 — 2.4.1 update terrible *2025-05-27, version 2.4.1* Following 2.4.1 my tracker now kicks me out and shuts down the app when I click on ‘My Vehicle’ Good app now gone rogue. Was the release tested. Hard reset iPhone. Deinstalled and reinstalled app. Same problem. Needs fixing urgently! ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-05-16* Save your time and money. Had scorpion S5 tracker installed and had to call them every day for a week to say the app didn’t work. Kept being given excuses, had engineer come out just to say he was told it was an update needed which they done and still didn’t work. Ended up with a different brand which works great now. So frustrating. ### 1/5 — Frustrating App for an Expensive Tracker *2025-04-09* I recently had the Scorpion tracker installed in my car, which cost me quite a lot of money, so I expected a much better experience—especially with the app. Unfortunately, I’ve found the app to be extremely poorly designed and difficult to use. Out of all the apps I’ve ever downloaded, this is by far the most frustrating. The fact that you can’t even see or access the app properly on your phone and have to go back through the App Store each time to use it is ridiculous. If I had known the app would be this bad, I honestly would have reconsidered getting the immobiliser installed in the first place. It’s really disappointing, especially when you’re paying for a service that includes ongoing monitoring and functionality via the app. And after reading reviews (which I only looked at after experiencing issues myself), I realise I’m not the only one who feels this way. The product may have potential, but the lack of app support and functionality completely lets it down. If it didn’t come with a subscription, I wouldn’t have even bothered continuing with it. Can you also get front screen voltage inline with the actual voltage of the vehicle - example is that in the detail the voltage is 13.2 after a charge but front screen shows 12.5- this is critical to monitoring a vehicle that is not used daily ### 1/5 — Push Notifications Delayed and silent *2024-02-17, version 2.3.14* What good are alerts when they are delayed (which may be due to poor signal) and silent.
