App is not opening up just a circle in the middles of the screen . I need to see my child’s school posts

I cannot access any notification. I have been in touch with the App creator multiple times with no fix. They now just ignore my emails. I have no clue what is happening at my child’s school as a result!

Can’t seem to add more than 1 school,  both my children’s attend primary & Secondary and have school apps but would prefer if the Scot Ed app allowed both in 1 App.

I previously used a school-specific version of this app. This one is sadly not as good as that version. Three main issues:

1. This version crashes quite often.

2. This version doesn’t remember what my preference for viewing alerts is. It keeps on defaulting to “All”, and doesn’t remember I was last looking at “Unread”.

3. This version is slower to run and update.

The app is very good. Only thing is sometimes when I get a notification, I go into the app and there’s nothing there, so I delete it and re-purchase it and there’s still nothing there. 📱
