In this digital age, all branches should be linked. It's frustrating and inconvenient to have to travel just to do something so simple. Imagine you move to a parish far away. Why do customers have to go back to where they opened it? Very inconvenient. Also, regarding the app, having transaction limits for both withdrawals and purchases would be a helpful safety feature, similar to what other major banks offer. It would also be great if we could view all our past transactions instead of just 15 months, and maybe have a search bar to easily find specific transactions.
