Downloaded this to pre order merch as per an email I got from Ticketmaster and the pages won’t even load

Ticketmaster sends you an email which tells you to read Scotiabank Arena’s website, which tries to convince you that you need this app for the concert. This app just opens Ticketmaster’s website and app! Ridiculous. Please be reasonable, and communicate that the app is not necessary to get into the concert for which people pay hundreds of dollars.

It’s a shame the person promoting the app failed to mention that the service was only for selected sections.  I mean if any sections really need it...its the upper bowl.

The app seems pretty good for getting tickets and ordering food, but I can't access concert merch pre-order by signing into my ticketmaster account. I linked my ticketmaster account but when I looked for my tickets in the app, it can't find them. This means I am unable to pre-order merch the day of my concert which is a little annoying, but not the end of the world. Overall pretty decent app!

so amazing and clever really wouldn’t expect anything less from the best concert venue in toronto!! really standout and something you don’t see often at other toronto venues. super easy to use and reliable. preordering my merch just makes my scotiabank experience that much more enjoyable!
