Siempre sale error, tanto en plin, como en atencion al cliente o datos personales. Una pena como ha bajado su calidad de banco.

Difícil el inicio, luego está bien

La pantalla para tomar selfie no está hecha pensando en los usuarios. Hoy descubrí que si tienes el texto ampliado a mayor tamaño, el botón de continuar con el selfie no funciona!!! Pero vas a configuraciones y pones el texto en tamaño normal y listo!
Terrible quien programa esta app !!! Es un punto básico para el usuario de iPhone!

Muy mala aplicacion!

Esta aplicacion no da opciones, impone que se haga como ellos quieren y uno queda fuera de poder acceded la cuenta. Lo peor es que estando fuera del Peru no hay manera de comunicarse. No dan un correo electronico ni nada. Es el peor Banco con el que trabajado.
