But tapping the Add button gives “The pass cannot be read because it isn’t valid" error. It looks from comments here that this has been a problem for at least a year. Developer please note! ### 3/5 — Breakfast *2026-03-22, version 2.0.4* Scrambled egg did not taste right , raised it and told eggs in date . You do have to ask the staff for your loyalty account number to login, as it’s not your card number! But all the staff were lovely and I was able to login quickly! (The email went to my junk folder). Can’t wait for the app exclusive vouchers! The delivery man texted me he was coming but left the items in the front garden without letting me know, free to be taken by whoever! Of course he does not answer his phone and Scotsdales does not pick up the phone. This is truly disappointing. I do not recommend order from this shop , one will find a cheaper and better service elsewhere. Two colleagues in particular stood out, Liz (outdoor plants) is a fount of knowledge and a pleasure to talk to. Alice (Customer Service Desk) was also incredibly helpful and polite, helping us navigate the offers and signing us up for a membership card, no pressure, just very informative. Both staff members are a credit to the Scottsdales family. ### 5/5 — Super Scotsdale garden centre *2024-06-07, version 2.0.1* Found Scotsdale at Shefford about 40 miles from us but we went there for a change . My daughter is wheelchair bound but a great idea in cafe so you can reserve and go and get food and drinks . Wonderful place to shop it has everything you need for house and garden . Love all the lights . Good loyalty card . Disabled toilet quite small if the carer has to get in to help . But that was the only issue .
