It won’t let me add it , so I always have to go and use the swivel pay! We appreciate your support! ### 3/5 — I’m not loving it. *2025-10-23* This is the first review I’ve ever written on the Apple Store, and it’s because I truly love Scott Credit Union. I’m very grateful that they’re my bank for my auto loan. That being said, the recent major app updates have given me quite a few headaches — though I’ll admit, Express Pay has been a lifesaver. Every time I try to log in through my creditors, I get an error message. I’ve tried resetting my password just in case I was doing something wrong, but I never receive the reset email, even though SCU has confirmed multiple times that my email address matches their records. When I try logging in again, still an error. I’ve even tried registering again, thinking maybe I wasn’t signed up correctly, but then it tells me my email is already in use. Ugh! Thank goodness for Express Pay, even if I have to re-enter my information every single time. I’d rather do that than call in and pay the extra fee just because the app isn’t cooperating. On the bright side, the email confirmations after making a payment are clear and easy to understand. The app itself looks nice, but since I only have an auto loan, I don’t get to use all of its features to really see its full potential. My biggest issue is simply never being able to log in correctly or keep a card on file. Aside from that, I really do love SCU. I also noticed another review mentioning customer service. In my experience, 9 times out of 10, the customer service has been wonderful — the representatives are patient, kind, and genuinely sound compassionate and understanding. There was just one instance in my four years with SCU where I sensed a little irritation, possibly due to all the new app changes at the time. But overall, my experience with both the staff and the credit union has been great. ### 5/5 — You have a customer for life! *2025-07-07* I had to call customer service for help to log back into my account, because I hadn’t been on since the new update. They were so helpful, very patient with me and made sure I was back up and running. I downloaded the app as well, and it’s so easy to navigate. We appreciate your support and are glad you had a great experience! ### 1/5 — There’s a bug *2025-06-08, version 4017.1.1* Every time I try to go through the loan screen it freezes half way through ### 1/5 — New app won’t let me register to pay my car loan *2025-05-29, version 4017.1.1* The new stupid digital app says it cannot locate my information to complete the registration. Therefore I cannot pay my car loan. Even tried using the pay from another bank option which says it has a connection problem to swivelpay. Had no issues with the previous app. **Update 05/28/25, app still won’t let me register to access my account for my car loan payment. Says I need to register. When trying to register app still says “We are unable to locate your record based on the information you provided. Please try again.”. ### 3/5 — Removed xtreem atm transaction count *2025-03-14* I’m a long time customer and used the extreme checking account to take advantage of higher returns. I used to be able to go to details to see the number of ATM transactions. We need 12 transactions to qualify for higher returns. It displays my account balances as soon as I tap on the app without allowing me to login. Once I tap on my account, the app then goes to the login screen after my information has been exposed.
