As a mental health advocate and someone who works with youth on the topic of mental health. I feel scout is an amazing resource to support the youth and specifically the teenager community in removing the stigma around these important aspects of their lives and increasing their awareness and building their toolbox to be sustainable and self sufficient in coping with their mental health.

It goes beyond the typical methods and offers the ability to express my feelings through drawing and recording. This creative approach has been a game-changer for me in managing my mental health.
