Extremely painful to write many appointments in. Many times going back in to write notes things just disappear. Or all of your appointments dissapear and you have to relog in for them to show back up. You never know what you truly did with this app

The pet sitter can change the email on your account. This means you can loose access and the account is given to someone else. This “new” person can access all the account information - including payment info. This is not cyber secure. Though the app has cool features and helps out the people we hire that love and help our pets, I cannot recommend its use until the developer fixes the software to not allow this change of account owners by a third party with no approval/permission. Accounts should aligned with a person and not a pet or address.

Just downloaded to my iPad but there is no way to create an account. The online instructions are incorrect. This app is a waste of time.

The app kept saying my password was wrong and when I said I forgot my password it just wouldn’t send it to me Was a waste of my time if they could fix that I’m sure the app would be enjoyable

the user interface on scout is horrific. i accidentally booked a daily walk indefinitely because i couldn't find where to pick an end date after the app updated, so now the cancelled appointments show up as a dot on the calendar. it makes it difficult to know if i've booked for the week or not because it looks like i already have an appointment. there's no way to clear out the calendar either. i feel like this would be a very easy fix! 

also, i get logged out often, and booking appointments is just kind of clunky. if you go back to edit something, you have to rewrite your note. 

overall a useful app to book my dog's walks, but some minor improvements would make it so much better.

I need to modify instructions for my dogs for every  monthly trip. The app is annoying to use when modifying instructions. I have to navigate between multiple screen to make any changes. I cannot edit the section I am looking at. It is easier for me to have google doc with instructions printed out for my dog sitter. Cutting/pasting text into the app is also cumbersome.

We’ve been using Scout with our new dog walker for 6wks now. We get photos, can communicate, plus see photos + GPS of our pup on her walk! Highly recommend.

I have been using Scout from number of months now with my local dog walking service, Walk It Like a Dog. The app is fantastic. You know exactly how long your dog was out for a walk, where your dog walked due to the fabulous GPS, what your dog did and even a cute photo of your dog. It is the no-worry dog service. Plus the walkers are all experienced and take wonderful care of and love the dogs. All I can say is, try it!
