the app doesn’t even load or search any schools.

It is about as bad as it could be at recognizing written text. Just disable it already. My 5th grader could design a more intuitive and user friendly app. This is really bad. I wish our school would find a different tool for work samples and attendance. Hope they’re not paying a lot for this dumpster fire of an application.

My children’s charter school uses this program to take attendance and upload work samples. This app is extremely slow, it takes me forever to mark my children’s attendance (many times the buttons are unresponsive as well). Also, it automatically logs all of my daughter’s activity from her online math program. When I go in to log her other subjects it doesn’t allow me to keep the page scrolled down so I cannot click on the “add more engagement” button.

I also used this one time with success, then it stopped working and I deleted and re downloaded several times, but it still doesn’t work. Worst app ever - why do the schools bother using it??

Cannot open app. Force closes every time. Cannot delete attendance entries. Error code every time.

Used once and worked then won’t even open. Frustrating since we have to use this for our schooling program. Have deleted and reinstalled too many times and still will not open.

As the title says, I downloaded the app, but it crashes and closes on its own. Hope this gets fixed since it would be awesome to use the app instead of the website.

I've installed it a few times. It worked once for me, now it crashes at opening.
I keep trying to delete other apps to see if It's a size issue but its not helping.

As an instructor and parent, I’m actually loving Scout. I accept that they are a new company and appreciate that when an issue arises, they immediately work to fix it. They listen to what our needs are and create things where needed. My paperwork time has decreased significantly and as soon as all of the bugs are removed, I’m sure I’ll be able to give it 5 stars.
