At the bottom click on sign up to create your account. The app brings you to an old website browser rather than keeping you in the app. It then forces you to sign into your amazon seller account before you’re even able to explore to ensure this is an app you want to use. Loads of features that help me make the right buying decision. It even lets me know if I have sold it previously and how many I have in stock! ### 4/5 — Great time saver *2023-09-29, version 3.4.0* This app saves me so much time. The only problem is the price to join inventory lab. 70$ is steep but depending on how much you plan on using amazon it saves tons of time because, once you export your shopping list, it’s all right there on the website and there’s no entering UPC’s when you go to pack your products. I had issues with my thermal printer(windows os side) so I couldn’t take full advantage of printing the scu labels. You need to be a heavy seller to justify using this based on the price of admission and to justify the cost. ### 4/5 — Need these 2 updates *2021-03-03, version 2.0.5* Add a no time out feature so the phone doesn’t lock. Add how many times an item sells per month counter. Other than that it’s a great app. I use it daily. ### 4/5 — Great but... *2019-08-10, version 1.4.0* Overall an amazing app with a lot of speed when scanning. My only gripe is that when you check whether you’re restricted, the ‘done’ button is right up the top instead of down the bottom. When you’re using the app one handed while handling items, it’s extra time needed to put your item down, hit done using your other hand, then tap scan again. Another option might be to make the restricted screen disappear after 5 or 10 seconds, so it’s ready for the next scan without putting the item you’re scanning down. ### 4/5 — Not working *2019-07-04, version 1.3.0* Keeps saying item not found on literally everything but when I scan with amazon seller app it’s all there. ### 3/5 — Great update but.... *2017-10-24, version 1.0* This is much better than scoutify 1. That being said, it would be helpful if stayed logged in to seller central. Having to log in each time I use it is annoying. The search feature is not working with mine either. If it won’t scan, I have to use another app to find the product. Fix those and this would be leaps ahead of everything else. ### 2/5 — “Scan” button closes the app *2025-03-28, version 4.0.2* I can use the search feature to actually type in a product and look it up, but when I click on the button to scan a barcode the app immediately crashes. It’s almost like that buttons job is to close the app! I Looked for support help and was redirected to inventory lab. I tried to contact inventory lab yesterday for some help with another problem and never Got any reply from their support chat. So I don’t know how I’m supposed to get help for this. But you guys need to know that your app is crashing every time someone clicks the scan button. ### 2/5 — So frustrating *2024-02-11, version 3.8.3* I have been using this app for about a year and it has gone from bad to really bad. When you are depending on something to work for work it should work. Especially if I am paying for it. Seriously this is redundant and is causing me to waste time waiting on this app to do what it is intended to do. I dont know if I can even trust this app information any longer.
