## What is SCR iVue?

The South Coast Radiology Patient App is used by patients to securely access images of scans performed at a South Coast Radiology practice and to also request appointments.

After your appointment, you will receive an SMS text message asking you to activate your account. Tap on the link in the SMS and follow the account activation process. Once activated, you can securely access all of your images through the iVue App. Please Note: Your images will reach your account 7 days after your appointment. You do not need to register your device or set up your pin again if you have another study performed at South Coast Radiology.

The 'Request an Appointment' feature allows you to organise a visit to one of our practices. Please enter details of the imaging required and take a photo of the referral form filled out by your doctor to submit. Our friendly staff will contact you to organise and confirm the appointment.

Note: Your doctor will be able to access your images and report as soon as they are available. You should always discuss your results with your doctor.

How do i delete this App & then try and register again. I’ve been spending 2 weeks trying to open my Reports which I know are in there because I was able to sign in, see them and share with Therapists a month ago! Now it won’t let me in . I’ve changed passwords over & over….. nothing works. I’ve just looked at all the reviews & no one is happy.  This is a major Radiology outlet & scans/reports are needed when visiting therapists.
The developer needs to fix this pronto.
Looks like I go back to getting a print out & carrying a file around !!

App is great in Apple phone an keeps all my scans which is awesome! I have multiple health issues and this is great for keeping records in one place. However I get tires of the system often (very often) not recognising me or accepting passwords.  It also seems to bump me out even when I have saved user and password. Often find it the doesn’t recognise me or the account at all until I reset everything!

Cannot login, website or app just loads and then times out. Not good when I’d like to be able to forward scans.

Try to get in via phone number or email. Have changed password. Have read help. Says server is not working. Terrible app!

I highly doubt not recommend even downloading this app. Every time I have to keep going through it saying not my password, I can change it over and in one sitting, and it still says wrong password, and I’ve just redone it over and over . I actually won’t to throw my phone 😔

We have had this app for some time. It did work but now has error message failed to connect to secure connection, but app will open on iPhone no problems. Super frustrating.

I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app a number of times, changed its settings, searched online for solutions and still keep getting a message that the internet connection appears to be offline. Such a shame as it would be super useful if I could get in.
