## What is Scramble?

A random notification drops. You have 10 minutes. One short bodyweight challenge: 10 pushups, 20 sit-ups, done. That's it. That's how a fitness habit actually starts.

No gym. No plans. No equipment. No progress photos.

HOW IT WORKS
Once (or twice) a day, at a random moment inside your chosen active hours, Scramble sends you a challenge. Open the app, follow the animated moves, tap "Done." Late? It still counts. The point isn't perfection, it's showing up.
